Courage

Usually I try to choose a Bible verse at the beginning of each new year. I memorize it and quote it over and over throughout the year. I'm still working on that for 2017. This year, for the first time, I've chosen a word for the year. I've heard of others doing this, but I've not done it myself. We'll see how this works, but I kind of like the idea. The word I chose for this year is Courage.There are many times I am unreasonably uncertain or fearful about trying something or facing something and then I berate myself for it later. I've already found myself saying to myself, "Courage" when I've been fearful, so I think this might be helpful for me. Did you pick a word? Or a verse? If so, please share it in the comments.
